Harmeet Kaur Gujral
With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, she started as a teacher and later served as Vice Principal at one of Kolkata's top Montessori schools.
She founded Joy of Learning as a home-based initiative, which grew into two thriving centers built on warmth, quality, and child-first learning.
With Evaara, she combines her experience as an educator and visionary to create joyful, meaningful, and globally inspired learning spaces.

Dr. Bhupesh Manoharan
Dr. Bhupesh Manoharan, PhD (IIM Calcutta) and MBA (IIM Calcutta) brings over a decade of experience in academic leadership, curriculum design, and learner-centered education.
His deep interest in shaping learning environments that spark early curiosity and cognitive growth aligns closely with our philosophy.
At Evaara, he guides the academic vision and curriculum innovation, ensuring each child's journey is thoughtful, expressive, and future-ready.
Garima Chacklader
Garima is the Director of Curriculum and Associate Professor of Economics at Tetr College of Business, holding a Ph.D. in Economics from IIM Bangalore.
Her research delves into the service absorption capacity of manufacturing businesses and its impact on international trade, exploring channels to enhance global competitiveness.
