Evaara began with a simple belief—that every child is a gift, full of potential waiting to be nurtured with love and care. What started as a home-based initiative has grown into a vision-led education centre rooted in over 25 years of experience. From Joy of Learning to Evaara, our journey has always been about creating joyful and meaningful beginnings for every child. As we step into this new chapter, our goal remains the same – to provide a space where children feel safe, curious, and inspired.

Harmeet Kaur Gujral
Founder & Director, Evaara
Having over 25+ years of experience in early childhood education, she started as a teacher and later served as Vice Principal at one of Kolkata's top Montessori schools.
She founded Joy of Learning as a home-based initiative, which grew into two thriving centers built on warmth, quality, and child-first learning.
With Evaara, she combines her experience as an educator and visionary to create joyful, meaningful, and globally inspired learning spaces.

Dr. Bhupesh Manoharan
Director, Evaara
Dr. Bhupesh Manoharan, PhD (IIM Calcutta) and MBA (IIM Calcutta) brings over a decade of experience in academic leadership, curriculum design, and learner-centered education.
His deep interest in shaping learning environments that spark early curiosity and cognitive growth aligns closely with our philosophy.
At Evaara, he guides the academic vision and curriculum innovation, ensuring each child's journey is thoughtful, expressive, and future-ready.
Dr. Vipin Sreekumar
Director, Evaara
Dr. Vipin Sreekumar, PhD (IIM Calcutta) and MBA (IIM Udaipur), brings 13+ years of global experience in strategy, education, and entrepreneurship to Evaara.
His deep passion for child development and belief in strong early foundations align with Evaara's mission to nurture curious, confident learners.
As Director, he leads strategic planning and educational excellence, ensuring Evaara stays progressive, purposeful, and child-first.
